Different people, schools and companies have been taking different security measures after the recent twin bomb scares in Kampala that killed a number of people while injuring others.
Being a vast Institution, Makerere University decided to close two of it’s main gates (Western and Eastern gates) from being accessed by students.
It was only the main gate opposite Ham towers in Wandegeya that was left open to students inorder to access the campus premises.
This was however a hard task for majority of the students who reside in Kikoni and Kikumi kikumi.
These decided to use the bushy areas between these gates to a access the University.
This ‘entering for the fittest’ style didn’t leave out even the slay queens as they were too seen panting and sweating as they King Fu styled into their University.
Some however decided to play the innocent card and trekked to the main gate in Wandegeya as the big headed exploited the unfenced areas around the University.
It’s not yet clear for how long the University will continue closing the two gates to students.
