MUBS students left disappointed after release of online exams

There has been a cloud of disappointment amongst Makerere Business School (MUBS) students after the release of the exams done online by some faculties for the previous semester.

The Institution was one of those that decided to continue conducting classes via technology means.

Students did these exams under the Makerere Business School E-learning Platform (MUBSEP).

A lot of students were excited under this system and hoped to pass with flying colors.

During the exams, a number of technological glitches happened which saw some papers postponed.

These were however rescheduled and the whole exam period concluded successfully.

However with partial release of some results, students at the Nakawa based institution have been left cursing the online system.

These expressed their disappointment via Twitter and vowed to never ask for the use of the system.

Some students alleged that their University changed the grading system which in turn led to plenty of them failing.

It’s however reported by credible sources that the grading system hasn’t been tampered with at the University.

A number of Higher institutions of learning had opted to continue with the conduct of classes and their academic proceedings.

This was after President Museveni temporarily halted the economy including the education sector due to the sporadic spread of COVID-19.
