However, Kyambogo University student Ssali Geoffrey pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in economics took a step further in legalizing his relationship with girlfriend, Jovia.
Dropping to one knee, Ssali dropped the huge and unexpected question to his girlfriend who was completely surprised by the move.
She was left astonished and agape as the other attendees of the dinner cheered the young lovers on. Holding an Italian ring in his hand, Ssali placed it on Jovia’s finger who had said yes to her beau.
Ssali then held his lover’s hand straight to the dance floor where they jammed to a slow romantic song to celebrate a step further in their relationship.
This all happened at Essela Hotel in Najjera, an event that was held to honor the efforts of the 17th Guild House.
